The Jay Community Center 115 East Water Street Portland Indiana 47371The Jay Community Center is a private, 501(c)(3) not for profit organization formed in 1953 in Jay County, Indiana. The center serves more than 100,000 visitors annually from Ohio and Indiana with youth, adult, and senior activities. All gifts are tax deductible. The Jay Community Center is proud to be a recipient of an Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant funded through the U.S. Department of Energy and administered in Indiana by the Indiana Office of Energy Development.
