Step Aerobics: Step Aerobics is a moderate to high intensity cardiovascular workout with low impact stresses that meets twice a week for an hour each session. The exercise program is done to music that involves performing different movements with the arms and legs while stepping onto and off a small portable platform. Steps are provided for the class.

Spinning: Spinning is a non-impact workout that can be enjoyed by participants of all ages and fitness levels. This class meets twice a week for 45 minutes each session Utilizing a specially designed stationary bike, spinning classes target both the body and mind in a unique exercise program.
During the workout, the instructor uses a variety of auditory techniques / commands to motivate the class. The participants are able to make adjustments on their cycles, which correspond to the difficulty of the ride.

Yoga: Yoga is an ancient art based on a harmonizing system of development for the body, mind, and spirit. Yoga meets twice a week with a 45 minutes beginner’s class and a 45 minutes advanced class immediately following. The continued practice of yoga will lead you to a sense of peace and well-being, and also a feeling of being at one with your environment.
The practice of yoga makes the body strong and flexible. It also improves the functioning of the respiratory, circulatory, digestive, and hormonal systems. Yoga brings about emotional stability and clarity of mind.

Fitness Boot Camp: Fitness Boot Camp is a comprehensive twice a week 45 – minute physical conditioning program that combines the expertise and benefits of one-on-one personal fitness training with the camaraderie and motivation of working in a group with others just like you. Its fitness the old fashioned way – with sit-ups, push-ups, lunges, running (less than a mile), and a whole lot of sweat.
