Assuring a positive impact on the community we serve is our highest priority here at the Jay Community Center. Our mission is to strengthen the health and social interaction of our community’s families through sports, recreation and fitness. This forms the heart of our efforts as we continue to grow not only the facility but more importantly our programs.

We have spent years building and earning the public’s trust. At the most basic level, the public entrusts the Jay Community Center with two things: their children and their money. Some of the programs that your donated dollars support are our Boys & Girls Club, youth sports & recreation scholarships, adult recreation leagues, and senior card club just to name a few.

Every donated dollar comes with an expectation that the Center will make a difference with that dollar—a difference that will keep members safe and have a demonstrable impact on their lives. Clearly, we plan to continue to meet these expectations but cannot do it without the help of organizations like you. Together, we will continue to give our community and youth hope for a brighter future. Together, we will continue to make Jay County a better place—one person at a time.

$2,000+ Legend…To secure the future of the Jay Community Center

$500-$1999 Hall of Fame…To help us continue to expand and create new programs for youth and adults.

$100-$499 All Star…To assist senior citizens with their fitness and social needs.

$50-$99 Major League…To further the Boys & Girls Club program.

$25-$49 Rookie…To provide youth sports league scholarships.

Private contributions account for more than 10% of our annual funding.  Your gift is a contribution to a not-for-profit corporation, recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as tax exempt. Your donation is fully tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
